POS Search (not available in Lite Version)

You can search for archived video using POS criteria. e screen below shows search results.

Desc: Description of Transaction

Double click on any of the line

items to bring up the video

associated with that transaction.

e video will begin to play at

the beginning of the transaction

and continue to the end. Exit the

video viewing screen by clicking

the Previous button.

Amount: Monies Transferred for this Transaction

POS. Click the Update button to perform the search after

selecting search criteria.

Back Up

Clicking the Backup button in the menu at the right side of the screen will bring up the backup screen, as shown

here.

Camera Selection: Check the boxes to indicate which cameras you’d like to back up. You may select all at once by

checking the “Select All Cameras” box.

Include Viewer: Allows you to include the viewer software on the CD so that the PC that plays back the CD will not

require any special software installation

Save as MPEG-2: Allows you to backup in a format that ca be played in Microsoft Windows Media Player. Because

of limitations of this format, you can only select one camera for backup and it will not backup audio or POS data.

Destination Media: Dropdown menu shows all available drives. You can select any local or networked drive, CD RW

or DVD RW.

Browse/File Selection:

Progress Bar: Indicates the status of the backup process as it is occurring.

e CD media will be ejected once the backup is complete. Click Close or Cancel to go back to the calendar.
